I want you to be completely satisfied with my handmade purchase from my store. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, I offer a two-week return policy starting from the date you receive your item.
To initiate a return, please reach out to me via email tamara.tkstudio@gmail.com within the two-week timeframe and provide me with the necessary details (order number, reason for return). Once the return is approved, I will email you return label and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me in its original condition.
Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, refund will be processed in full, excluding the shipping cost.
