Introducing our handmade coasters featuring dried flowers and epoxy. These beautiful coasters are carefully crafted, and you can place an order for a set. Please note that the flowers used in each coaster may vary slightly from the original due to seasonal availability. However, rest assured that each coaster will still be incredibly pretty. Please keep in mind that these coasters are not mass-produced, so there might be slight imperfections, adding to their unique charm.
Summer Field Coaster
I want you to be completely satisfied with my handmade purchase from my store. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, I offer a two-week return policy starting from the date you receive your item.
To initiate a return, please reach out to me via email tamara.tkstudio@gmail.com within the two-week timeframe and provide me with the necessary details (order number, reason for return). Once the return is approved, I will email you return label and you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me in its original condition.
Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, refund will be processed in full, excluding the shipping cost.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.
